RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You may return or exchange items, provided:
- You haven’t opened the package
- There are no cuts anywhere along the surface of the package
- The safety seals are intact
- There is no evidence that human hands have touched the product
- You return your order to us within 14 days from your delivery date
We only accept sealed packages. We make no exceptions for opened containers.
Returns:
- You will receive a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for return shipping and postage. This amount is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- You are responsible for return shipping and postage. This amount is non-refundable.
- The customer must pay an additional fee for the exchanged item to be mailed to them.
- You can only make an exchange one time.

Please email us at sales@koiconcepts.com with your order number advising us you will mail back the product. We only accept returns with valid tracking numbers to verify that you mailed your order to us.
Sales Returns:
All purchases made during a sale period are final. You cannot return or exchange sale items unless the shipment is faulty.
Promotional Returns:
Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for an exchange.
Faulty Shipments:
In the rare event that there is a mistake with your shipment, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer care at hello@howdyhandsome.com or (626) 241-7826 so that we can work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
Refunds:
We aim to process all refunds within 72 hours of receiving your returned package. It may take up to 7–14 days for refunds to be credited back to your original payment method.
